Businesses registering on MadeiraSpot must provide accurate and truthful information. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Listings must comply with all applicable Portuguese and EU laws.
4. Reservations and Bookings
MadeiraSpot facilitates reservation requests between users and businesses. We are not a party to any agreement between users and businesses. Any disputes regarding bookings must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
5. User Content
By submitting reviews, forum posts, or other content, you grant MadeiraSpot a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on MadeiraSpot, including logos, design, text, and software, is the property of MadeiraSpot or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
